At Stevenage Bait and Tackle Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
